First introduced in the early 2010’s as a happy hour special at Brasserie by Niche, the burger quickly earned a devoted following—and quietly became a Niche Food Group classic. With just a few thoughtfully chosen ingredients—American cheese, dijonnaise, dill pickles, and onions—it’s a burger that’s greater than the sum of its parts.
Now available at Brasserie, Expat BBQ, and during CITY soccer home games at the Energizer Stadium TCU Pitch Club, the Brass Burger continues to pop up in new places from time to time—always made with care, and always true to its roots.
